They thoroughly worked on the drain using a high-pressure jetter and were able to get it draining again. They also took the time to run water through the drain for about 30 minutes to make sure it was actually flowing properly rather than just assuming the clog was cleared. They were honest about what they could and couldn’t determine regarding where the drain ultimately leads, and gave us helpful recommendations for next steps.

David came out late on a Saturday after we found an underground leak in our main water line. Since we already had the lines marked by 811. He was able to identify the cause from a bored AT&T line, got parts and fixed the issue by 10pm. Given we were leaking a lot of water, it was a big relief to get our issue fixed right away!
